Meet Our AMAZING Fire Mesa Team
Melanie Roberts
Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC
My passion is activating individuals and families by influencing the development of knowledge, skills, and confidence. As a native of Las Vegas, I love giving back to the community by offering support and well-being to those in need. I have experience working with people from a variety of different cultures and walks of life, and I’m experienced in treating trauma, PTSD, adolescent issues, life transitions, and women’s issues. I also have experience as a military family wife, child, and Military Family Life Counselor.
My therapeutic style involves employing a narrative approach and engaging my clients in a therapeutic conversation after proper relationship building and assessment for healthy outcomes. If you find my therapeutic style and approach is relevant to your treatment needs, I look forward to hearing from you!
Jordan Hendricks
Clinical Social Worker/ Therapist, LCSW
I’ve always been interested in self-exploration and ego psychology, which has led to a holistic and psychodynamic approach in my practice. I assist clients in working through painful memories, examining emotional blind spots, and understanding their relationship patterns.
Much of my work involves exploring how past events have influenced my client’s present-day circumstances, thereby learning about their unconscious motivations and patterns of thought and building internal resources to deal with problems going forward.
I have many years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults. Still, my primary area of interest is those with depressive and/or anxiety disorders and victims of childhood abuse.
I graduated with a BSW from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MSW from the University of Edinburgh.
Stephanie Guice
Clinical Professional Counselor Intern, CPC-I
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. In addition to completing my internship, I am also working toward a credential in play therapy, which can be used across the lifespan to assist in healing a myriad of struggles, from depression and anxiety to parent-child relational problems. I work primarily from an attachment-based perspective and strive to create a therapeutic environment that will suit your personality and the goals you have for yourself and your life. Ultimately, I believe it is the relationship between the therapist and client that truly matters.
I understand how hard it can be to find the right therapist, and even start the process with that first phone call, text, or email, so I want to reassure you that I am looking forward to hearing from you. Together, we can find what you need!

Change is hard, growth is hard, but so is staying the same. I believe that healing begins in a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you have someone to walk alongside you and provide you that safe space. I believe that you are the expert of your life and I will meet you wherever you may be in your journey. My approach is integrative and client focused with a goal of helping my clients process any issues they may be currently facing, or past issues they have endured.
My passion is working with teenagers, individuals, couples & the LGBTQ+ community. I focus on understanding your perspectives and life outlooks while providing a space where you feel heard, seen, safe, and secure. Together we will work on identifying problems, gaining tools and knowledge as well as awareness to help you get to where you want to be in your life.
Working with me will allow you a safe space to process and talk about your life and experiences at your own pace. I want to commend you on taking the first step to even looking into getting help. If you are ready, reach out today to get started on your own healing journey!
