Sally K. Miller
Ph.D., APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Miller is a nurse practitioner of 30 years’ experience with four national board specialty certifications, including both psychiatry and family practice. Her experience and practice areas include diagnosis and management of mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use disorder and attention deficit disorders across the lifespan and behavioral disorders in children. While her primary area of expertise is pharmacologic management, her holistic approach to mental health care includes an active collaborative approach to include non-pharmacologic therapies.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Miller is a clinical professor with Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions in Philadelphia, PA, and she has served as a consultant for several academic and professional entities. She is the lead nurse planner and senior lecturer with Fitzgerald Health Education Associates, and she has authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles, edited professional texts, and has a chapter on the pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders for an upcoming pathophysiology text is in press.

Liz Coffman
MSW, MS, PA-C
Liz received her Bachelor of Social Work with a focus on interpersonal studies from Western Michigan University and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Liz went on to receive her Physician Assistant degree from Eastern Michigan University and began working in psychiatry right after graduating in 2021. Improving mental health care for everyone has always been the primary focus especially since moving to Nevada in 2024.
