Therapist Jobs Las Vegas

We’re hiring!

Theravada was founded on the principle that Nevada residents deserve quality, professional mental health services, and because we’ve strived to apply that principle throughout our growth, we are ever-expanding. We also believe that therapists who have experienced working at other agencies that provided poor service provisions, agency operations, and compensation deserve to work at an agency run by therapists who care about our profession.

We’ve applied these principles throughout our growth, which began in 2017, and, as a result, we continue to grow and actively seek fully licensed clinicians and clinical interns to join our greater Las Vegas area team. We offer a competitive pay rate and allow clinicians to set schedules that work for them both in the office and/or at home through telehealth.

We have three locations, two in the Northwest area of Las Vegas and one in the south valley near Henderson. All of our offices are fully furnished and equipped with the tools therapists need to limit their stress and focus on providing quality care and services.

Many great advances and growth are on the horizon for Theravada. We want quality therapists to apply with us where they will gain access to guidance, supervision, learning opportunities, and professional support and networking. We support the professional growth and development of our therapists and want this to be the most premier, distinguished practice and group of professionals throughout Clark County and Nevada.

Additionally, here’s some benefits you’ll get when you join our team:

Clinician Testimonials:

“Theravada was such a wonderful experience for me! Jessica was supportive and involved with myself and my clients without micromanaging! She was also gracious at sharing knowledge and teaching me things that allowed me to go into practice for myself when I moved out of state. The clinic was always welcoming to both myself and the clients and I felt positive and thankful to be associated with the agency. I would recommend Theravada to any clinician seeking to connect with fellow professionals in an environment that feels independent and supportive at the same time.”
– Stephanie Maxfield, LCSW, Theravada clinician from 2019-2022
